Returns Policy

     As a matter of company policy, we strictly do not issue cash refund for returned items.  We only issue store credits or change the item/s in question.  Kindly take note of this before making a purchase as cash refund requests will not be accomodated.

     Here are the following steps to facilitate your return process:

 

  1. Click on the MY ACCOUNT tab located on the upper right corner section of the Hemlock homepage.  Once logged in, you will automatically be directed to your account page.
  2. Your account page will show your order history.  Click on the ORDER NUMBER you wish to modify then click on the REQUEST RETURN tab.
  3. Select the item you wish to return and a reason for your request.  
  4. Click on the REQUEST RETURN button to proceed.
  5. You will be notified via email once your return request has been approved. You may also view the status ofyour request on your account page.  
  6. Once approved, you may send the items back to our shop.  Kindly send the items within 7 business days from receipt of item otherwise, all sales will be deemed final.  
  7. Please note that you will be responsible for any costs incurred in sending the items to us and back to you.
  8. Once we have received the item/s, we will be sending you an emaiil for your store credits in the form of an E-GIFT CARD for the full amount of the item returned.  This E-Gift Card does not expire and may be used on multiple transactions as long as you still have an available balance in your store credits.
  9. You may browse thru our website for any item you wish to replace your initial purchase with.  Upon, checkout kindly input the E-GIFT CARD CODE previously emailed.  
  10. Your order/exchange will be processed after you have settled any additional costs (shipping cost or any price difference) via PayPal, VISA, Mastercard, GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI and Unionbank via PAYMONGO.
  11. Made to order items are not eligible for return.  Made to order items include but not limited to styles under HEMLOCK GOLD.  Please carefully check product description.

     There may be times when your order has not been updated in our system or have missed out on creating an account.  Should this be the case and you couldn't locate the RETURN REQUEST button, you may simply send the items back to us along with the attached shipping form and we will process your return request/order from our end.

*We have a strict quality control process to ensure all Hemlock items you purchase are in excellent condition.  Should you receive damaged or defective items, or if you have received a different item from what you ordered, we will replace these items with no additional cost to you.
