How do I make a purchase?
Making an online purchase is easy! Just click on the product you like and make sure you tick off your desired quantity and size (and any other variants available). Your chosen product will automatically be placed in your cart. You may continue to browse other products or proceed to checkout.
Upon checkout, just follow the instructions on the page and once payment has been completed, you have successfully made your Hemlock purchase!
Can I change purchases that I made?
Before finalizing a purchase, you may review your cart to make any changes you wish. However, once you have checked out and payment has been completed, all purchases made are final. Please click here for our Returns Policy.
RETURNS POLICY

PAYMENT METHODS
What payment method do you use?
We use PayPal as our third party payment gateway which supports VISA, Mastercard and Amex. Apart from this, we also accept VISA, MASTERCARD, GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI and Unionbank via PAYMONGO.
Do I have to be a PayPal member to make a purchase?
For an easier transaction process, it would be advised to create a PayPal account or login to your existing one. However, should you opt not to, PayPal has a Guest Login payment option.
All orders will automatically be canceled upon failure to process payment within 24 hours.
